Good tool to educate and warm up your voice
We use these exercises to warm up our voice before a practise and also to educate our voice for the notes. The exercises in this CD are clear and too difficult to achieve. The instructions before each exercise are good, but after knowing them it is human nature to annoyed when someone takes some time to explain you something you already know :-) nevertheless, a very good tool. 2006-12-23

I like working with the CD, BUT!!!...
As a former professional vocalist, writer and producer. I decided to tune up my voice to sing at my church. I recently started working with the CD Voice Lessons To Go Volume 1: Vocalize and Breath with Ariella Vaccarino. The exercises are helpful and I am working with them everyday. But, at the end of the last lesson the program just ends. There is no explaination or any direction on how to apply the exercises to your singing. Not even a goodbye or keep practicing and we will continue in the next program. Just silence. I think that it needs something more at the end to tie the experience together. Sorry!

Reviewing "Voice Lessons To Go"
I waited to review this CD. There is my feed back. This Vocalizing CD has good points to it as Ariella Vaccarino keeps it simple. However, it is annoying for those of us who are advanced or professional opera singers to have Ariella's comments in the background when the point of vocalizing is to exercise the voice well in peace and with full concentration. The over explaining I can understand as she needed to consider that every one can purchase her CD and they might not know operatic terms. The other point which I feel is lacking on this CD is that she does not take the voice high enough - for the over low parts one can just drop out as she suggests. The reason I purchased this CD was to have the exercises there when there is no piano to vocalize with. It is a good CD for beginners. 2006-08-24

Do You Get What You Pay For?
Yes. The cd has clear warm up and breathing exercises. There is no long talk filler or promises of greatness. You will need a few lessons with a real teacher to check your form and technique. You will find the exercises of a professional teacher exactly what is on this cd. Great for practicing in the car and warming up before a show. 2006-08-21

Good
The only word I can think of for this CD is good. It isn't outstanding or anything like that. You definitely get what you pay for. 2006-08-11
