Opera? Who Me?
OPera has never been my favorite music but I do like specific songs. This 2 disc set has a little something for everyone. I listen to it often on my long commute home. It relieves my stress and I would even sing along if I knew the italian words. There is no song on these discs that I didn't like. 2007-10-28

Luciano Pavarotti: The Best (Farewell Tour) This is an outstanding representation of the magnificent voice of Luciano Pavarotti. The selected arias are sung with feeling and verve! The traditional folk songs on the second CD are fun and inspirational. By his own admission, his voice was a gift from God, and, therefore, was "the best"...and these CD's reflect his gift par excellence. 2007-10-27

Music lovers have lost a beautiful voice by the death of Pavarotti.
A wonderful collection commemorating a musical life...now he has joined heaven's choir. For those who may not enjoy "heavy opera" or listening to a complete opera, this is a great CD with memorable pieces.
