Tibetan Chakra Meditations

I am very impressed with this CD. While listening to the samples I could feel the Bowl tones entering each Chakra the specific tone was designated for. I downloaded it, played it and fell asleep listening to it. I awoke and it was still playing. I thought I was at the heart chakra cut but felt it resonate in my throat. I looked and it was the Throat Chakra cut.
I find that truly amazing and all cuts are like that. Each one resonates exactly to that chakra perfectly and succinctly. I highly recommend this one...GOD bless JB

I have used this CD extensively in my practice as a massage therapist and meditation teacher. It has also been very effective in my own healing, and in times I have suffered with insomnia, anxiety, panic and depression. I highly recommend it.

This cd is very wonderfully done for those of us interested in sound's relationship to the chakras. The singing bowl drones are powerful and well suited for meditation. Highly recommended!

These artists know what they are doing! I do guided meditations to cleanse and tune the chakras and have discovered the first set of Tibetan Chakra Meditations to be especially effective to that end. The bowls, flutes, bells & other beautifully layered sounds literally vibrate the chakras in order, beginning with root and ascending to crown. The short gong cut at the end effectively integrates and balances all of the chakras at the end of the first set. Enter into the sacred space of the heart and let this ethereally crafted music do the rest!

This CD is absolutely amazing. You immediately feel these sounds resonating throughout your body and if you let yourself go, you become totally one with the music. The sounds of the bowls are unlike anything else. According to the literature that accompanies the CD, many of the bowls used here date back to the Sixteenth Century. How many generations of monks have heard them sing?

Everything is perfectly balanced in these meditations. The sounds are very pure. Highly recommended.
