Thomas' Songs & Roundhouse Rhythms

My kids LOVE this CD! My heart just swells with joy when I look into my rearview mirror and see my 4 yr old & 2 yr old both boppin' their heads, swaying side-to-side in their carseats, and singin' along with the Thomas CD! Yes, it drives me crazy when at anytime during the day (or night), I find myself humming or singing any one of the 13 tracks on this CD....but as any Mom can attest, this period of our lives will pass oh-so-quickly, and we'll move onto something else! I think the CD is an extremely professional and well-made production of songs. The songs are happy & upbeat, and I just love to listen to the British accents of the children who sing on this CD. (Ohmigosh...did I just write that I "love to listen" to this CD?? I guess it true!) If you have a Thomas fan, and you can locate this out-of-print/hard-to-locate CD at a reasonable price, I would tell you to get it in a heartbeat! GOOD LUCK!

This Cd is really good. The music is very catchy. It makes me wanna dance.

I bought this for a 3 year old who loves Thomas. It must be a hit because his parents keep mentioning how much he "loves" it!

My 4-year-old son got both the Thomas CDs for his birthday and we've now listened to them for 3 months non-stop. I'm picky about music - if it isn't well done, I don't like it. The Thomas songs are REALLY well done. The music and lyrics are both sophisticated enough for adults to hear repeatedly, and fun enough for kids to not get tired of. Even my 2-year-old now knows all the songs! Sure, after 3 months I'm ready to listen to something else, but I'd be tired of Beethoven by this time too.

This cd is okay - I wish there were more actual train sounds since my three-year-old really likes to comment on the train sounds. Also, some of the children's voices are really over-acting and that can certainly be annoying, but overall, this is a nice cd. It's upbeat but after awhile,the songs sound the same.
