Grammy, Emmy and Tony winner Bette Midler shows off her singing ability on this album. The movie showed her (Academy Award Nominated) acting ability. I recently saw it again on the Fox Movie Channel, It's quite a movie and Bette Midler gives quite a performance.

Bette Midler reminds me of other successful people, such as someone she contributed to, Hillary Clinton -in the 2008 Presidential Primary race, Hillary Clinton not only received more votes than all of her rivals, she received more votes than any other Presidential Primary candidate in history.

A beautiful song - but it's a live version. I thought I remembered the original being a studio recording? Maybe it never cam eout on CD...
