Lazytown

I am not the least bit surprised that this show originates in Iceland - they have some of the world's best electronica in that country, and if you're not paying attention to the lyrics, you wouldn't be able to tell that this is kids' music.

Kids who watch the show will recognize many of their favorites. Parents can listen to this without losing their minds.

My son's favorite DVD is LazyTown - Robbie's Greatest Misses. A lot of those songs are this CD, but not the original Bing Bang - that is only available on the import.

I am very happy with this buy! My son loves lazytown and sportacus. He has learned many social skills and healthy eating habits from this show. Sometimes, kids need this kind of inspiration from a super hero to learn what's good for them. fortunately sportacus has it all.....He's strong because he eats healthy, he does all the fancy acrobats and moves because he gets excercise and practise, he saves lazy town etc.
The music on this soundtrack is up-beat/techno/dance. Vocals are by the characters of the show, so the voices are very familiar. Ideal party music and great for mums who want to dance while doing their chores! the beats and music on this CD are THAT good! It's a safe CD to let your kids listen to, as the lyrics are very child-friendly and don't contain anything inappropriate.

After listening to all of the songs, I think the Pirate Theme Song is the only one that I would play again.
