Perfect lullaby songs for mom and baby alike.
I love this CD. It's a perfect lullaby CD for my daughter and for me. I play it on repeat in her room often while she naps and while she sleeps at night. Very soothing music and the absolute sweetest lyrics I've ever heard. Many of the songs especially touched me in the early days of my daughter's life and now I'll always have those memories triggered by the songs on this CD. I LOVE this CD. I want to give one as a baby gift to everyone I know.

Beautiful Lullaby CD - That's what it was intended to be
I just have to say that after reading several reviews from people who complained that this album was "boring" and that Plumb has "gone soft", they should be reading up on their albums before they buy then. This album is full of beautiful lullabies. That's what it was intended to be. If someone were to do their homework, they could find the information about why this album was written on Plumbs myspace page [...]. The intent of the artist was to release a lullaby type cd because she wasn't able to tour at the time and she had been thinking about the idea for a while. Yes, Plumb does have a harder side to their music at times and they are known for that. That side of the music is great as well. This cd was intended to be a lullaby type cd and when critiqued based off of knowing that, I'd have to say, it's a great CD. It's full of lyrics that talk about love for a child, protection for a child and knowledge that God ultimately has control over that child's life and will care for him/her. What better message, combined with beautiful, soothing music, could you ask for in modern lullabies???

Here We Go Again!
Did Tiffany learn nothing from the last time she tried to do overly soft and sappy music, Beautiful Lumps of Coal anyone? I thought that album was hard to listen to this is even worse. I feel like its a nursery rhythm, barney, lullaby type thing, and if it had been marketed as such that would have been fine. But its not and I am finding Plumb very hit and miss over the waning years. Maybe it is time that the band (lone person) whoever retire from making anymore albums if the consistency and the overall sound that the band/person was known for is not there anymore.

Peaceful
This is a wonderful tribute in song by a mother to her child. I loved it and am happy I bought it. I believe any mother's heart can relate to the songs in this CD. Great job Plumb!
